Cream jug

Austria, second half of 19th century

Silver cream jug with wide vertical reeding, high broken-loop handle decorated with an enchased acanthus thumbrest. The inside of the jug was originally gilt. Engraved initials “S. F. & G. F.” and date “30. Mai 1866” on base.
